The Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHAA) invites Athletic Directors from across the state to honor a male and female athlete each year that exemplifies outstanding sportsmanship, is a positive role model and has outstanding behavior.
Doug Martin, Cassville High School Athletics/Activities Director, has selected Senior Collin Pearman and Junior Madi Stokes to receive the MSHAA Sportsmanship, Ethics and Integrity Award.
"When you look at the award and all that it means, Madi and Collin immediately come to mind. These student athletes are well respected among their peers, our staff and our community, they exemplify positive behavior and are role models on and off the field," stated Martin.
Stokes is the daughter of Laura Stueven of Cassville and Travis Stokes of Pierce City.
Pearman is the son of Donny and Pam Pearman of Golden.
